i buy them online, but i think they have stores in some malls. it's kind of a "specialty" place i guess. sometimes they have free shipping deals which is the only time i buy anything :P i've never actually been in one of their stores, but if you click on the bottom right of the homepage there is a "Find a Teavana store near you" link. looks like they have them all over the country. the tea is so flavorful and such high quality, you really can brew 2-3 cups with about a tsp of most of their teas.
if you have a whole foods or some type of health food store nearby, you may be able to find an all herbal chai as well as the matcha.
