Someone just recommended that if I love to eat bread I should consider switching over to Hemp and Ezekiel, which can be found in the freezer section of many supermarkets now.
I went shopping this morning and found the bread but didn't buy it because even though the nutrition facts say Fiber 3g / slice, I didn't know if that was insoluble or soluble.
Does anyone know if these breads adhere to the Soluble Fiber diet restrictions. Why can't more companies give us a break down of SF/IF. If someone knows how much of each fiber make up the 3g, please share.
