Hi! I have Type 2 Diabetes so not the same issue but similar in some of the cross over foods.

The only suggestion I have is to try some supplements that are designed to help your body process those things at a more even keel.

For instance, I take cinnergen. It makes a HUGE different in the swings in my blood sugar. (cinnergen.com)
