IBS-C safe foods       01/07/04 10:44 PM Edit Reply Quote bauie25 Reged: 11/23/03 Posts: 69 Loc: Iowa I was wondering if any IBS-C individuals have some foods that always/most of the time help them have a BM. I know that our bodies and internal make-ups/chemistry are all different... I'm just wondering what works for others. Also, I know there is a list of safe foods to eat when you can't eat anything, but many of these just prolong my IBS-C symptoms... are there any other foods that seem to work. (Yes, I know soluale fiber is crucial- as are fiber supplemets, acidolphis (sp), and digestive enzymes.. I have the cook book and have read through the basics...
