Gluten Free and IBS diet       11/16/09 10:22 AM Edit Reply Quote beachdreamer Reged: 02/27/05 Posts: 15 Loc: New York State What would you suggest for someone who has gluten allergies and would like to start the IBS diet? I do not eat a lot of GF bread products since they are pretty awful. Have been on a GF diet for 14 months, some relief, but still having IBS symptoms. Have been diagnosed with Celiac and IBS, earliest memory of spasms is age 12, in my late 40's now. Thanks in advance. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
