What about the steam in bag veggies. Are they ok as long as they are eaten with other foods? I had these today with catfish filets. The kind I had had carrots, snap peas and barley with some light sauce. So far no problems but just in case I wanted to know. Also I crusted my catfish with McCormicks crusting blends.
