Don't worry. Everything will be ok. Sounds like you have some issues going on. It is difficult when no one understands whats inside of you. First, if you are feeling so bad today, what did you eat yesterday. See if there is anything that may have caused this. If not food, could it be stress? Try self affirmation-point out all of the positives in your life and think only positive thoughts. Try some yoga or some sort of gentle exercise that might be calming....take a walk. And for me, usually when I am having problems I have to either go to the bathroom, eat something soft for my tummy like butternut squash soup or something like that. I also like to soak in a tub of bubbles maybe something lavender scented. All of these things help me. Find your light and follow it.
