ok Im no expert. BUT, Ive had IBS and 1/2 my intestines removed at a young age, so I've discovered a lot.!!

Glancing at your diet, I would have had cramping with oatmeal, barley and mango. Everyones system is different. But, I've been doubled up at times over too much fiber. I can only do oatmeal on occassion because fiber kills my tummy. I get major cramping if I have over 1 gram of fiber. I know they say you need fiber in your diet, but maybe cut back on the oatmal and barley to see if that helps. And, try to find a good medium rather than having it every day for a while. See if it helps. Also, if mango gives you trouble, papaya may as well.(just a heads up)
Unfortunatley, you just have to try to adjust your diet to see what works for you.

Hope this helps you. Its just what Ive discovered. Im 46 yrs old and have learned a lot thru trial and error. Good luck!

Oh and if the cramping gets bad, try the heating pad on low with deep breathing to help you relax or a nice warm bubble bath. : ) Also a calming "tummy tea" with licorice is my go to to help cramps.

Feel free to email me if you want.
