Hello all, recently I have been using Immodium (usually a half dose) as a preventative measure in mornings where I feel lousy and predict some form of D is coming. My questions for you all is that when you use Immodium how are your eating habits the rest of the day? Do you eat normally, or a little bit less, or not at all? My main priority is to get through work ok without any D, so I have been basically fasting during these days, but if I don't have to, and I can eat normally with no problems, then that is what I would prefer to do.

Any advice from those of you who use Immodium regularly would be appreciated.
