Yes Syl, thank you very much for all of your nutrition help. It's easy to get frustrated because I feel like I'm following the guidelines but my symptoms seem to occur regardless. All of the published studies you link to really help, since I really dig the science. I wish there were more studies though (and more optimistic ones, too!).
