Hello, I'm wondering if this symptom is IBS related, well for me it's definitley related with digestion and not to a particular food.
I get a burning sensation in my skin, no visible rash though, and it usually happens on my arms or hands, it varies, sometimes one hand, sometimes the other arm, etc... Does anyone share this?
I was doing so well!!!! and then last night I had a terrible craving for something sweet, I had some, well a lot of cornpops, which are safe, but I think it was too much sugar for my stomach to hadle given that I just started the diet this week. This happens to me specially when I eat heavy at night and I wake up feeling this burning skin sensation, not very strong, but it's weird and also I feel bloated all over, face, hands, legs, and not necesarily the stomach.... Is this normal? Does this happens to anybody?
