Hi to all, I'll make a short introduction of myself: I'm a mexican 31 years old female. I've suffered from IBS-C for over 10 years now, but have been diagnosed only a couple of months ago. As I read through all this wonderful info, I think I have disfuntional Dyspepsia as well because I have upper GI problems: chronic indigestion, and sometimes mild heartburn or reflux.

I'm wonderong about IBS development, will it be worse as time goes by? Because it has grown over the years, I don't consider it supper strong, but years ago it was milder. If I take care of it with diet and SFS would it stop its development? (excuse my grammar, have in mind that english is not my first language)

Also, I did the only SF food for a couple of days and felt very good, and today I had an egg white with a plain bagel for breakfast (with my sfs before) and I became nauseous within five minutes after my last bite. I've noticed that I have more trouble digesting protein than other types of food, but I thougt that egg whites would be easy.... it was'nt. Thank God for my enzymes which had been my saviors for all these years, they help me a lot.

So, is it "normal" to find egg whites hard to digest? Yesterady I had some chicken breast and some turkey breast (deli slices) with no problem.

I've always found bananas hard to digest as well and I'm affraid to try them eventhough they're "safe" shuold I wait? will my digestion imporve with this diet?
