I had a successfull movement afterward. I had a weird stabbing pain in my lower left abdomen for a bit afterwards, but I figure that was because nothing had moved for so long. I'm okay now, and and I'm still enthusastic about the diet. Although, it's making me do house work and learn how to cook! My husband will be thrilled!
