Stupid question       04/09/09 01:56 PM Edit Reply Quote D.Huston Reged: 09/11/08 Posts: 23 Loc: Washington I am IBS-D and accidentally took more fiber then needed(for me) and when I wokeup this morning I felt a little like I was going to have an attack. I didn't and am now feeling fine however, my question is if you take more fiber then needed can itcause someone with D to have an attack? Anythoughts would be really appreciated!
