After reading the trigger foods on this site, a large portion of my sugar came from chocolate and cookies. I'm sure that most of my BM problems stem to those things, however, just by cutting waaaaay back on sugar, I no longer have headaches or wake up with them. I can focus on work better and I just generally feel much better.
