OK- this doesn't have to do with IBS, but I figured someone here might know

I know tylenol creates some toxin which is neutralized by the liver, and too much can be bad (I think I read not over 4 g a day)
I have been getting headaches, and probably take 3-4 .5 g tablets a week. I know only 1/8th way into the dangerous threshold, but is it bad to take tylenol in small doses over a longish period of time?

Also, I avoid ibuprofen because it may upset my stomach. Is this common with other anti-inflammatory drugs?
