I'll take leftover rice from the fridge and reheat it in the microwave with some almond milk, cinnamon, nuts, whatever else I feel like adding. I've done the same with millet and I know you can do the same with quinoa, though it's not my personal favorite.

Millet and quinoa can be found at health food stores. Sometimes it comes prepackaged, sometimes it's found in bulk bins.
