Embarrassing question on pep caps       01/24/09 07:22 AM Edit Reply Quote kds0 Reged: 10/17/08 Posts: 10 I am IBS-D and when I am having an extremely bad flare up I have noticed that when I go to the bathroom...ug how embarrassing but here goes.... it seems like the pep cap goes thru my system so fast, I go to the toilet my bum burns from the peppermint and my poop kind of smells minty.
