Problems with oatmeal.       01/13/09 08:50 AM Edit Reply Quote shadofax Reged: 01/09/09 Posts: 7 Loc: Rhode Island I noticed that if I have oatmeal for breakfast, I'll have heart palpitations at night. It's almost as if I can't handle the insoluble fiber in it. I know that oatmeal is supposed to be on the safe list, but does anyone else have issues with oatmeal?
