I think anywhere from 1-3 a day sounds reasonable by "normal" standards. I remember at one point last summer for one whole week I had the healthiest bms in the world, and I think I was having 1-2 a day (at same times each day, too!). I agree that skipping a day, maybe for stressful days or travel, is normal as long as you're back on track soon after. I hope everyone is feeling good today. Rightnow, I'm in bad shape. I was in the emergency room last night, and I'm spent and tired, and just hoping for better days. I just want to recuperate so that I can start seeing the results of all the great things I've been doing for myself. By the way, I got prescribed a laxative, so does anyone know what I should be eating, as my system purges itself? Thanks guys! *evie
