I have a device that will fill capsules which would be more convenient when traveling but will it work taken that way? Also I am going to India and was advised to take 2 pepto bismal tablets 4 times a day to prevent travel diarrhea. Does anyone have any experience with this? I have never taken it and don't know how it will interact with the fiber, calcium and pepermint that I use to help control my IBS. Thanks for any help you can give.
