Yes we have tried miralax with my daughter but it gave her alot of gas and intestinal pain and was not able to tolerate it. I am able to keep her stool soft with milk of magnesia at night and some ground flaxseed. Problem is more with slow motility. I also take doctors advice with caution because so many things haven't worked out and often have to go with my instinct to see if something feels right to us to try.
