OK, well I did a quick search and I didn't find exactly what I was looking for so here it goes. I have been on the IBS diet now for a few months and it has worked absolute wonders for me. I have very little pain and dicomfort and it is only when I cheat. I have lost 54 pounds as a side benefit of cutting dairy and red meat out of my diet. I now however want to lose more weight and would like to eat more fruits and veggies. I am wondering what are the rules. I know bananas are ok as well as mushrooms but are there others? Are there some to stay away from no matter what and some that only affect few people. From what I am reading on the posts I am guessing that my case may be more on the lighter side than others. I would love to eat apples, pears, peaches, watermelon, nectorines, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, broccoli, stawberries, etc. Please let me know your own trials and results. Thank god I found this site and all the great information shared on it.

Steve
