Hmm. I'm also wondering if you have malabsorption issues. Have you talked to a doctor about it?

I have a pretty bad case of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), so I'm familiar with the symptoms you're describing. What's helped me the most, to my surprise, has been eating fewer carbs and adding chia seeds to my meals to get my fiber. Chia seeds are tiny seeds that you can find in some health food stores or order online. They readily absorb liquids so if you have them with a big glass of water, they'll expand to about 10 times their size in your stomach, keeping you feeling full and slowing down the digestion of whatever you eat with them. They're also packed with nutrients. I used to have to eat every 2 hours, but I can go 4 or 5 now if necessary (though I try to avoid going that long anyway).

But before you try that, you might talk to your doctor if you haven't already. You might want to be tested for celiac.
