I don't see a problem with the things you're taking. My own regimen is multivitamin, calcium, probiotics, chia seeds, lots of soluble fiber (though through food, not supplement), and a healthy, low-fat diet. The only danger of "overkill" is if you start to get constipated. Be sure you're drinking lots of water.
I'm not taking any prescriptions like zoloft, however. If you're really concerned, you might ask your doctor if it interacts with anything that you should be aware of. Tell him what else you're taking.
