Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

Hi all - i havent posted on here for a very long time - i have been on and read but i just havent felt brilliant at all - i am suffering really bad with my anxiety and my stomach - well im thinking of divorcing it to be honest lol !!

I have had a scan for gallstones and a barium enema on my lower bowels and they havent found anything (which is good i guess) But i am still in a lot of pain higher up in my stomach and the upper part of my stomach bloats out so much that i look like im just about to give birth its unreal !!

My doc is doing my head in because i have have anxiety and depression he thinks everything i go to him with is connected to that - i could break my arm and they would still link it to stress and anxiety - he wont do allergy testing he wont do an endoscopy ( not that i want one personally but i would if it meant they checked every avenue) so im back on here as i feel i need some support and adult conversation in my life right now this has been goign on far too long and im so stuck i really dont knwo what to do anymore - i have been eating whatever because it doesnt seem to matter what i eat it will set it off - arrrrrr lol
