Forgive me if this has already been answered. I'm very new to the diet and I'm still having a few issues with bloating. Thankfully, most of the abdominal pain and D is gone thanks to the peppermint caps and acacia fiber.

I do notice the bloating isn't as bad as it was but its still there. Does it take the body some time to heal and get used to all the changes I am making? Will it get better?

I'm not currently on any prescribed medications just following the diet and the supplement recommendations in the book.
