I haven't heard anywhere if potato bread is okay for the IBS diet (it is very delicious). Also for the fibercon... I have been taking it for a few days now... for the past at least 6 years I have been taking Imodium almost on a daily basis and my body is showing resistance to it... should I start at a higher dosage because my body is used to the Imodium? The first couple of days with the fibercon it was great and then Sunday and this morning I was having some issues so I upped the dosage.

Also which is better for IBS the Acadia or fibercon? I don't want something that will make me gassy (got enough of that )

thanks for the info.

D.
