Need help - any ideas for severe gas?       10/07/08 01:46 PM Edit Reply Quote shoegirl4444 Reged: 10/07/08 Posts: 7 I've had IBS for about 6 years now, and know all about what I should be eating, doing, etc. I've been following all the advice, taking my medicine and this time the cycle is just not ending. I am having extreme intestinal gas and lots of "D" but just in frequent small quantities. Does anyone have anything they have used besides GasX, AlkaSeltzer, that seems to help with gas any better? I'm at work and I'm miserable having to hold it in. Any help would be appreciated! Nothing seems to be working. I've even been super vigilant with my diet and that is not doing a thing this time.
