Hi, new member here. I was wondering if anyone else has had any experiences with MimicCreme, a relatively new cream substitute. I recently ate some "ice cream" made with MimicCreme, and it was quite tasty. Unfortunately, several hours later I became bloated and developed the familiar runs. Thinking it might have been a coincidence, I tried some a couple of days later and had the same experience. Now, MimicCreme has three formulas: unsweetened, sweetened with sugar and sweetened with Erythritol. I suspected I might have eaten the kind with this sugar substitute, but I called the eatery I got it from and they said no, they use the sugar version. Sugar doesn't usually bother me, so now I'm perplexed. I was really hoping to have found a tasty ice cream substitute!
I'm wondering: Has anyone else tried this cream substitute who can share their experience? Or, does anyone spot an obvious problem with this ingredient list that I'm missing? Thanks in advance.
