GALLSTONES ?       09/21/08 02:46 AM Edit Reply Quote jenUK Reged: 12/01/07 Posts: 163 Loc: warwickshire, uk Hi all - i have had ibs fo 7/8 years now - however i finally pursuaded my doc to give me tests for gallstones as recently i started getting gerd and heartburn and pain in right hand side etc - anyway i had the blood thursday on fruday he rang me saying the levels in my blood are raised which indicates i may well have gallstones (not sure what level though sorry) anyway i now have to wait for an ultrasound scan to check - could i have had these for all this time and it not really be ibs - could i have ibs and gallstones ? i know nothing about this so would really aprreciate any kind of help ! plus would they have caused dieareah or constipation - i have tried to search online but get very limited info !!! -------------------- Ibs sufferer for 7 years !
