constipation....       09/10/08 06:00 PM Edit Reply Quote cacao Reged: 01/19/07 Posts: 43 even with a stool softener it feels like the stool/fiber just sits in my stomach without actually really going down. does anybody know how to alleviate that? i'm not taking that much fiber atm... trying to work my way up. im starting with soluble fiber. does anybody notice improvements with insoluble fiber in the mix? advice/comments would be great.
