Here I go again...       08/20/08 10:21 AM Edit Reply Quote mac33 Reged: 08/19/08 Posts: 4 Loc: Idaho I've had IBS-A for the past 15 years, of which the majority is C but stress triggers D, and for the past month and a half my hubby and I have been "living" out of my parents office/catch-all storage room while we remodel a 1920s house we just bought. Right now stress is my middle name!!! I've been keeping my foods to the very basics of SF safe foods for 4 or 5 days now, and as I try introducing new foods the pain, gas and bloating is almost more unbearable than the raging headache I have from eating so little and so few things.
