I've followed your diet and the 10 commandments for over a year. I can't seem to tolerate any food. My question to you is; is it normal for someone with ibs c to be in more pain after a bm than before, and to have tingling in the feet while trying? When I do have a bm they are normal looking ( meaning they are not tiny little pebbles). It seems that I am losing bowel function. If I don't try, I will never go because I almost never have the urge. Could it be that the doctors are wrong?
