potato ?       08/10/08 01:32 AM Edit Reply Quote jenUK Reged: 12/01/07 Posts: 163 Loc: warwickshire, uk Does anyone else have any problems with potatoes ? i had a jacket potato last night - just a small one as i was having tigh chested pains and couldnt eat anything big - i ha dthat with some sardines(which have never caused me problems before ) i ate it at half past 8 and by half past 11 i was doubled up in the loo with severe diareah ! I heard somewhere its the skin of the potato because of the fibre ?? can anyone shed any light to this or does anyone get this with potatoes too ?? please help cause these have been the stable of my diet for about 18 months and if its been making me worse i'd like to know !! -------------------- Ibs sufferer for 7 years !
