I am not sure of your age, definitely consult a physician if you are trying to conceive, there are many medications that are contraindicative for pregnancy.
I am 43, I use progesterone cream for pre-menopause symptoms which can occur as early as mid-30's I alternate it on my wrists, arms, and back of knees twice a day for two weeks as per Dr. Lee's book "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Pre-Menopause". It helps with PMS, anxiety, and cycle regulation. This along with soy yogurt lessen monthly symptoms for me. The label indicates not to use if pregnant.
