It sounds like you have a few different suspects. I don't know which it is so I'll just give you a couple thoughts. The EFI diet says any kind of dairy is bad because it's a trigger, so even a little bit of milk could cause you problems.

Most peanut butter does tend to be high in fat so maybe that is the problem. There are other kinds of peanut butter with less fat - I enjoy the "Better 'N Peanut Butter" which has significantly less fat and I think it tastes great. I find it at Trader Joe's.

Personally, the last few times I've had oatmeal I've had D and a very upset stomach without fail. But I don't have IBS - I have a different issue - so take that with a grain of salt, especially if you normally do well with oatmeal.
