I bring my own pan and cook mine separately. I have had health issues regarding diet for three years now. The IBS part is relatively new to my situation, but I have had to be very careful diet wise for these three years. If I don't I suffer, and it just isn't worth it. You may not feel comfortable doing that with this group, and I understand. I just had to get over that for the most part, although there are still situations that are difficult to manage. You could just make your own soup and bring it or take a little of his stock and add the acceptable ingredients in your pan. I have found that people just are not offended but are very understanding.
