So I am on week two, and i am doing ok, still confused and studying everything that goes into my mouth. I have stopped the coffee (slow transition as not to trigger my migraines), but I started w/ green matcha powder, and today I was down to decaf green tea. It is ok, but the matcha tea is wonderful and I cannot find decaf matcha powder. Has anyone found any and want to share where?
I have read that you can remove some caffeine by brewing the tea, pouring the water out and then refilling w/ water and the same tea bag. Does that really help or is there still enough caffenine left to cause issues?
