I saw in some other posts some benefits and recommendations on Caltrate. Definitely worth a shot! Saw my doc today, and he said the diet choices are great as well as SFS (but he recommended Citrucel). He wants me to crank up my Levsin, including right before bed, to help with the morning jitters.
