Did you find that prozac worked for your constipation? I might benefit from that actually. Are you still weening from prozac? Prozac has a half-life for around 18 days, so it's takes a long time to get out of your system. Lexapro is generally great for panic and anxiety, and less credited for it's antidepression effect. Prozac is considered the most activating of the SSRI's, so if panic attacks is your main problem, Lexapro might be better. everytime you adjust the dose of lexapro, you might feel a increase in anxiety, so be aware of that. It will probably take a minimum of 4 days for you to adjust to each new dose, so if you feel an increase in anxiety when you change the dose, have your Xanax and beer ready or what ever you use, or exercise for that matter
