anyone get the antibiotic treatment and have it actually work? can anyone tolerate dairy? anyone have any sibo friendly recipes or menu's they are willing to share? i'm getting really frustrated with eating the same thing all of the time.. and thats when i slip... i can follow a recipe... but i suck at determining what i can have... there are lists... some lists for some reason i cannot see... some info conflicts.. not sure what i can HAVE.. just know some of the things that I maybe CANNOT have..
