benefiber + cramps       03/14/08 06:14 PM Edit Reply Quote ih8u Reged: 02/15/08 Posts: 7 does anybody else get really bad cramps when they're close to having a bm? this started after i started taking benefiber. i started 3 days ago and every day since then i've been getting pretty bad pain/cramps before a bm. i take 2 grams in the morning and 2 grams at night. i mostly eat soluble fiber throughout the day or a little IF with loads of SF. i'm going slow with the IF.
