IBS-C + fiber       02/24/08 03:12 PM Edit Reply Quote ih8u Reged: 02/15/08 Posts: 7 does anybody else feel that if they eat fiber or veggies their intestines hurt like crazy? i feel better eating junk food than i do with healthy food because the fiber gives me stab like pains and my intestines bloat. if anybody else has similar symptoms can you please tell me what you're doing for it? for incomplete evacuation, do you guys feel like your anus tries to bulge down when you strain? and then afterwards there's a bulge near the perineum.
