I dunno, I think I'd watch the papaya for IBS-D. The very first time I had papaya was in Hawaii, and the server very politely and subtly told me I should eat no more than half, as it would cause D. In my experience, it's wonderful for IBS-C, but I'd be leery of it with IBS-D. It's pretty potent. Cantaloupe works well for me, too. Mango is kind of an in-between for me... not as 'strong' as papaya, but more so than cantaloupe.
Don't know what to say, if you're fructose intolerant. I've read that bananas are great for D, but... can you eat them?
