apple cider vinegar?       02/04/08 10:43 AM Edit Reply Quote Pud Reged: 06/20/07 Posts: 256 Loc: Long Island someone mentioned to me that apple cider vinegar is good for people with ibs... any feedback? my main problem is gas and bloating... i have sibo and the treatment didn't work... i follow the fructose intolerance diet and i am ok when i actually follow it but i fall off the wagon a lot... there is only so much chicken rice and oatmeal i can eat! -------------------- Pud Long Island IBS-D & SIBO - main symptom GAS Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
