SOUR CREAM REPLACEMENT?       12/16/03 06:29 PM Edit Reply Quote bearyd Reged: 12/02/03 Posts: 72 Loc: fl Ok...first let me say thank you to all of you who have helped with my new found plight. I have so many questions and you guys always seem to have the answers. I cook on a nightly basis for a family of five. So far they have done well with the "no red meat" and adjustments to lower fat meals. I have found great replacements for cheese, milk and butter at the local grocery stores. I still cannot find a "replacement" for sour cream. We were already using low fat anyhow...but it is still dairy. What do you all use in its place. I would not care but we use it frequently.
