Question for fructose malabsorbers

I am IBS-A but I am also starting to think that I might have fructose malabsorption. I am lactose intolerant and have very low tolerance for sorbitol.
I have excluded most fruits and wheat and my symtoms have improved significantly. Now I am trying to reintroduce some foods and I am wondering what vegetables might be ok to start with? I am very sensitive to IF. Thankful for any responses
