A few times it was a dark green like yours. My doctor said it wasn't anything to worry about, something to do with bile. I definitely think you should see a doctor about this. My IBS pain has not been too bad, but the pain you're describing sounds a little like the gallbladder pain I had with gallstones. It would come on suddenly, often leave me curled up in pain, and later disappear just as suddenly. You could have something completely different, but since you're in so much pain you should have a doctor check you out.
