Oh, you are definelty not alone! This is my main problem with ibs-d and then more I try not to think about it, the more I think about it! I even got to the stage where I didnt want to be at home because our house only has one loo!!! Im doing the diet and also the hypno tapes and the anxiety does seem to be subsiding!
